Original content on this website including blog content, all digital products, courses, classes, workshops, meditations, written materials, photos, inspirational graphics are and will remain the exclusive property of RBI Healing, LLC and shall not be used or published without expressed written consent by RBI Healing LLC. The name and logo is owned by RBI Healing LLC and are subject to copyright laws and you are not authorized to use them. You agree that you not will use proprietary content, materials, or information in any way whatsoever except for the use of the services for personal, non-commercial uses in compliance with this agreement. No portion of the services, content, materials may be reproduced in any form or by any means except as expressly permitted by this agreement. You agree not to modify, rent, loan, sell, or distribute the services, materials, or content in any manner, and you shall not exploit the services in any matter not expressly authorized.
Ethics & Disclosures:
As a member in good standing of the International Center for Reiki Training (ICRT) and the International Association of Reiki Professionals (IARP), Deborah Alice Farmer and employees of RBI Healing abide by the Standards of Practice and Code of Ethics of both Associations. Reiki is provided for those under the age of 18 only with expressed parental consent. Reiki, coaching, and courses are complementary services and are not substitutes for professional medical, financial or legal services. All content on www.rbihealing.com and www.members.rbihealing.com is for informational purposes only and shall not be construed as medical or legal advice. You are advised to seek licensed medical, financial, legal advice for those matters. Our intention is complete, honest and loving commitment to your highest good. As your trainer and coach, we will give you information with the understanding that you have free will and are responsible for all decisions you make and actions you take. With regard to Intuitive Readings, we will work with clients to re-phrase questions that involve prediction requests or private information about a third party so that you get insight for yourself in an actionable manner. If we are unable to agree on a re-phrased question that works for us both, your purchase will be refunded. All services are stand alone and you are not required to purchase anything additional. It is our understanding that in some jurisdictions intuitive tarot readings must be identified as being for entertainment purposes only and you are hereby notified if this regulation applies to your jurisdiction.
Confidentiality:
Your name and coaching, reading or healing session with any member of RBI Healing is completely private and confidential. All RBI Healing Team members, including administrative staff, are subject to strict confidentiality policies and procedures in order to protect client privacy. Your testimonial will include only what identifiable information you would like, and be signed however you prefer, from full name and picture to simply initials and country. On occasion we use powerful lessons gleaned from sessions for educational purposes or anonymous case studies, in which case identifying information is removed or disguised to fully protect client privacy.
Guarantee and Refund:
RBI Healing LLC guarantees our complete, honest, and loving commitment to your satisfaction and happiness. If for any reason you change your mind before your service or product has been provided, you may receive a full refund. In the case of pre-purchased packages you may receive a pro-rated refund based on any remaining undelivered services.
